I am a rose of Sharon
A lilly of the valleys
Like a lilly among thorns
so is my darling among the maidens
Like an apple tree among trees from the forest
so is my beloved among the youths
I delight to sit in the shade and its fruits are sweet to mouth;
Hark, my beloved here he comes, leaping over the mountains, bounding over the hills. There he stands behind the wall, gazing though the window, peering through the lattice.
